Prosperity Resources
In the Four Track Guide to Eliminating Debt in Your Life, I touch on the four
key areas that you can control to improve your financial life: Improving
your thoughts about money, changing your spending habits, eliminating your
debt, and accumulating savings using the Five Account System. The following
audio programs and books have been invaluable to me as resources to help
eliminate debt in my life. I recommend each highly.
Prosperity
Consciousness
by Frederic Lehrman
This is the program that really got me started on the road to financial
health, because it focuses on two things where I was a mess: my thoughts about
money and how to organize my finances. Lehrman goes into the mental
aspects of money, and teaches the Five Account System at length. Available
in either CD or audiocassette form.
Think and Grow Rich
by Napoleon Hill
The granddaddy of them all! The information in this program was
discovered through the work of Napoleon Hill, who was commissioned by Andrew
Carnegie, the steel magnate, to interview the most successful people in America
at the time to uncover the secrets of their success.

Practical
Get Our of Debt Workbook
Kimberly
wrote this book to help others through the same thing she went through when
she found herself saddled with $25,000 of debt from her ex-husband.
This book is not a “what she did” book, but a step-by-step guide,
set out on a paycheck-by-paycheck basis to help you understand your money,
your debt, and how it affects your personal finances.
Kimberly offers great tips to help stretch your budget, as well as
practical advice to get you to your next pay check.
Featuring worksheets you can use to track your money and debts, and a
simplified envelope system to help you get your debts paid off, I do recommend
this personal finances ebook, and at only $9.95 it is a good investment in
your financial future.

The Strangest Secret
by Earl Nightingale
The late Earl Nightingale was often referred to as the dean of personal
development. This audio program should be required listening in every
school in the world, as Earl outlines the secret of success, which he calls the
"Strangest Secret". I recommend this program as part of Track 1:
Changing Your Thoughts About Money, or if you just want to expand your mind!
